We are inviting you to be a part of the program and design a button pin bundle for Ubay-Ubay.
You make the art. We print, pack, and sell it, and you earn a cut of every sale. Your bundle goes to the merch table for FASO.

The guidelines
Design 4 pins
4 pin designs. Together they make 1 bundle.
A bundle name logo. It goes at the top of the card.
Send each pin as a PNG, 1000 x 1000 px.
The backcard is on us. A FASO artist designs it.
A free bundle for you. We make copies of your bundle, and 1 free copy goes to you.
Deadline: the last day of every month. The month after, the team makes your pin bundle.
Pin Template
Keep your art inside the red line. The area up to the gray line wraps around the side of the pin. Anything past the gray line will not show.

To be decided.
Production costs are still being worked out. Your earnings per bundle and solo pin, and how and when you get paid, will be posted here once they are final.
Frequently asked questions
When is the deadline?
The last day of every month. Upload your designs with your upload link by then. The month after, the team prints and packs your bundle. See "How to join" below.
Can I make more than 4 designs?
Yes. Make as many as you want, but only 4 designs go into one bundle.
- 4 designs make 1 bundle.
- 5 designs still make 1 bundle. The extra design does not earn more.
- 8 designs make 2 bundles and a bigger cut.
Can I also send single pins?
Yes, as solo pins, if you also submitted a bundle.
- Solo pin art does not have to be new or on theme.
- Upload solo pins with the same upload link as your bundle.
Who designs the backcard?
A FASO artist makes every backcard, so all bundles look the same. You only design the pins and the bundle name logo. See the sample card under "Design 4 pins".
The card is vellum board or hard paper with pre-punched holes for the pins.

How to join
- Read and sign the acceptance letter.
- Wait for our email. We reply within 1 to 3 business days to let you know if you're in.
- Upload your designs on the website by the last day of the month.
